• The agency commission will be 20% of the model's total fee. A 2% financing charge will be applied monthly if the invoice is not paid within the first 30 calendar days after the job.

•Cancellation Policy: For confirmed jobs with notification within 3 days before the job, we charge 100% of the budget. If notified 5 days in advance, we charge 50%.

• Each workday is 8 hours + 1 hour for rest or meals (including transportation time).

If the client anticipates needing more time (before the job), they can notify us and reach an agreement.

• Overtime is charged proportionally based on the 8-hour workday at 1.5 times the rate.

• Night calls: If your call is before 8:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m., it must be negotiated before the job and may incur extra charges.

•Right to use: Each hire is limited to a specific use. If you wish to extend the use, we reserve the right to refuse without negotiation.

• Locations outside the city: It is necessary to notify us in advance if the job will take place outside the city.

•Wardrobe fittings will be charged by the hour (at half the regular hourly rate).

• The client will be responsible for the talent's meals during the call.
